SUBUL XP: Your Final-Year Project in 4 or 6 Months with Smartovate

SUBUL XP is Smartovate's final-year project (PFE) programme for 2027: supervised by our engineers from choosing your topic all the way to your defense.

Every engineering, master's and bachelor's student reaches the same milestone: the final-year project (PFE). Finding a relevant topic, getting real supervision and producing work you can show to employers is often harder than it should be. SUBUL XP was built to solve exactly that.

SUBUL XP is Smartovate's PFE programme for the 2027 season. You are supervised by Smartovate from the moment you pick your topic until your defense, with a clear timeline adapted to your degree: 6 months for engineering and master's students, and 4 months for bachelor's (Licence) students.

Throughout the project, an engineer meets with you every week to review your progress, unblock technical issues and keep your report and deliverables on track. You are never left alone with your project.

You also get full access to the SUBUL platform: more than 6,000 certification paths and 5,000 hands-on labs, so you can build the skills your project needs while you work on it.
